Contested and Uncontested Petitions

A Joint Petition for Divorce can be filed If an agreement is reached as to all issues relative to the Divorce pursuant to Mass. General Law Chapter 208 Section 1A. If there is no agreement between the parties, a Complaint for Divorce can be filed pursuant to Mass. General Chapter 208 Section 1B.
